Does it track how many hours I wore my aligners?
No. TimerAligner is a break reminder, not a wear tracker. You take your aligners out, set the timer, and the case tells you when to put them back in. It does not count your daily hours and it does not measure wear.
So what does it actually do?
You set the timer when the aligners come out. Ten minutes for a coffee, thirty for a meal, or turn the silver ring for any length you want. When the time is up the case makes a sound, vibrates and flashes. That is the whole product, easy as that. The impact: more chance you comply with your dentist’s 22 hours prescription.
Will I actually use it, or will it end up in a drawer?
It replaces the case you already carry, so there is nothing extra to remember. No app, no pairing, and no unlocking your phone with the hands that just held your aligners.
Does it fit my aligners?
Yes, for every major brand: Invisalign, Spark, ClearCorrect, AngelAlign, SureSmile, IROK and the rest. It fits standard retainers too.
Is it a medical device?
No. It is an accessory that helps you keep the routine your orthodontist gave you. It does not diagnose, treat or move teeth.
How long does the battery last?
10 to 30 days on a charge, depending on how much you use it. It charges over USB-C and the cable is in the box. The timer comes with a one year warranty.
Can I wash it?
Rinse the plastic shell, not the timer. The timer module is splash resistant, rated IPX4, and not waterproof, so take it out first and never put it under water. A damp cloth is enough for the case itself.
Will it start to smell?
The shell is ABS/PC with ventilation and drainage holes, so the trays dry instead of sitting in trapped moisture. Rinse your aligners before they go in and it stays fresh.
Does it have to make noise?
No. Turn the volume down, or switch to silent vibration when you are in a meeting or a classroom.
When will my order arrive?
It ships now. International delivery is taking up to 30 days because shipping worldwide has slowed down. Customs duties and import taxes are not included in our shipping price.
What if I do not like it?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and you get your money back. You do not have to tell us why. If you feel like telling us, we would like to hear it, but that is not a condition. Just let us know you are unhappy, send the goods back, and we refund you.
How much is shipping?
